Terms and Conditions

Paulista Catering Terms & Conditions

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once placed, we immediately begin preparing and staffing for your event. If adjustments are needed, contact our Catering Manager at info@paulista510.com. Please do not reach out to the restaurants directly.

Cancellation Policy

7 or more days before event: Full refund, minus a 3% administrative fee.
Less than 3 days before event: 50% cancellation fee, based on total order value. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Less than 24 hours before event: No refund will be issued.

Menu Modifications

Decreases: Must be made at least 3 days prior to fulfillment. Reductions within 3 days may not be refunded.
Increases: May be made online up to 2 days before fulfillment. For increases within 48 hours, please contact our Catering Manager—we will do our best to accommodate.
